With a lifelong career in construction, starting from landscaping at age 8 to leading multi-million dollar projects, Mr. Johns evolved his brother’s company into a top civil contractor and then a comprehensive construction provider for both residential and commercial sectors. His hands-on knowledge covers every design and construction phase. As president, he oversees operations and has built a skilled in-house team and a network of dependable subcontractors.

A go-to-market leader focused on business development and expansion into new markets. With nearly two decades of experience, including significant projects in the UK, Europe and Southeast Asia, he has been instrumental in driving strategic consultancy and support, facilitating significant revenue growth and market penetration.

Mr. Johns has been in the construction industry for over fifteen years. He uses that hands-on experience to run day-to-day operations and keep projects moving smoothly, including any commercial, legal or administrative issues that arise. He built that experience at large construction and engineering firms, both in Texas and internationally.

With over 15 years in business development, management and marketing, Mrs. de Ruiter-Johns is adept at fostering growth, enhancing operations and innovating to meet client needs. Her global experience helps her identify market trends and excel in client relations and team leadership. A Houston native, her expertise spans oil & gas, logistics, engineering and the arts.
