Founder & President

With a lifelong career in construction, starting from landscaping at age 8 to leading multi-million dollar projects, Mr. Johns evolved his brother's company into a top civil contractor and then a comprehensive construction provider for both residential and commercial sectors. His extensive hands-on knowledge covers all design and construction phases. At JohnsBros, as president, he not only oversees operations but also has cultivated a skilled in-house team and network of dependable subcontractors.

Mr. Johns has been in the construction industry for over a decade and half. He utilizes his hands-on experience to manage day-to-day business operations and ensure that projects are running smoothly, including managing any commercial, legal or administrative issues that may arise. This experience was been gained by working for large construction and engineering firms both in Texas and internationally.

With over 15 years in business development, management, and marketing, Mrs. de Ruiter-Johns is adept at fostering growth, enhancing operations, and innovating to meet client needs. Her global experience helps her identify market trends and excel in client relations and team leadership, surpassing business objectives. A Houston native, her expertise spans oil & gas, logistics, engineering, and the arts.
